Such is the confusion around the detail of this recap, that my broker (or at least the person on the other end of the phone) called me to ask if I still wanted the fill despite the stock trading below the issue price.
I smiled and said "yes please, ma'm"
I almost feel bad taking these RCPS shares without having to deal with the pain of being an existing shareholder getting diluted to heck.
