I subscribed to the Fed Court WA Court Lists site some time ago to see when and what the status is. They are in preliminary (video conference) hearings. Second of 2 this year was about 4 or 5 weeks ago.
You can get court list notices sent to you via email by subscribing at:

It needs to be remembered that Walker is trying to sue Messers Clark and Co personally so whatever the outcome it won't directly affect the gold mine operations.
