    It was $246M raised to acquire and fund Morilla. The loss is far greater than $100M.
    The shares issued increased from 317M to 1.18B. Without this dilution the Lithium company SP would be $3 (with same JV).
    Easy for me to say in hindsight but Morilla was a stupid idea.
