Ok so going on the general consensus that the delay is caused by rain, and tomorrow's forecast for Alice Springs is morning clouds, clearing to a fine day (http://www.weather.com.au/nt/alice-springs), we could have casing finalised by tomorrow afternoon.
It looks like 48 hours worth of drilling to get to 1400m which could mean that we hit 1400m by Friday afternoon. It takes about 24 hours to compile the flow rates etc so we should get our gas announcement on Saturday if I'm on the right track with this.
Now I'm not sure if the ASX publishes announcements during the weekend so we could be looking at Monday pre-market to find out the news. How does that sound?
