Say you were the CEO of a global company and PLS approached you to jv jn a hydroxide plant in WA and was advised of the restrictions and costs imposed on the venture by the new Aboriginal Cultural laws that came into effect on July 1 2023, would you enter onto the jv,? I would rather invest in Africa.
