There is little doubt they are in the target area for next testing right now. How long they chose to test for will ultimately dictate when an annoucement is released. Honestly, if they're looking for comprehensive flow rates ect it's not a short timeframe like the last flow.
Expect the coming business days for an announcement, unless they've gone and gotten something stuck... even still. Shouldn't be long now.
