All companies in the space pay doctors to promote their products, very few doctors will ever promote a product they have no financial interest in.
The truth is in the numbers, and 200 doctors have been willing to consistently pay $50k every year on average for the legacy iTrack device for many years, and there's no indication they have any intention of stopping soon. If you compare this revenue per customer figure to competitors like Sight Sciences, you'll find it's actually much higher indicating the high quality of this device relative to peers.
