I don’t want to be blindly ignorant to what is going on. I would suggest that no reporting on PEP11 could be because of no update from previous reports however I do note that previous reports have always regurgitated the standard information on PEP11. Hmmm interesting in a conspiracy theory sort of way.
I just can’t believe that the company would let this permit go after having agreed to drop the court case. On top of that NOPTA asking for and receiving further information for the permit application shows me that the process continues to progress. My PTSD though does kick in with every extra day we remain in limbo
