it seems pretty obvious what is going on ay. what remains to be seen is whether they acheive the desired outcome or whether the S. Koreans have gone cold on QPM. Beyond all output being under offtake meaning QPM has less carrot to tangle, i cant think of why they would have gone off QPM, especially considering LG and Posco involvement. but considering Ksure seemed to be one of the first interested parties but is now one of the last to offer a definitive amount, one has to wonder whether this is due to cultural/business SOPs or if they have other concerns. if anyone is going to swing a deal its this team with this awesome project and value proposition for offtakers/financiers.
