Not at all, you've taken way too much liberty in characterising my comments thus.
Under the referendum proposal flowing from the 'Uluru Statement from the Heart' the 'Voice to Parliament' will NOT be a decision-making body and it will NOT make determinations about land ownership.
The Voice's role will be to ensure that Parliament hears what Australia's First Nations Peoples have to say about matters impacting them.
