Not gonna lie, I would have preferred a full takeover. This deal is good for Neuren assuming uptake and continued use of Trof is high (something that is yet to be proven). It given Neuren the runway to progress 2591 trials pretty much as far as they want which is great too.
But I would have liked a takeover to take all the risk out of it for me.
