Problem is, all the REITs has massive debth thats why this will take long time to run. Still many of the REITs are overvalued and according to the situation is going down. I have a big loss and just holding long term to recover the investment. Refinancing sometimes lead SP to north just due to sentiment. But onething we should remember, refinancing is also debth and that increases.
