I just looked at the chart, and counted 8 times it sold off because it "disappointed" the market by only growing at around 10% pa since it crossed 300 over 3 years ago, if it stays around these levels and keeps growing double digits eventually the pe will keep dropping and it will turn into a "value" stock, but don't expect the div to ever get to 4%, its not that type of stock
