So MEU moves at the pace of cold molasses, and has gone from uranium to gold to REE. Smells like a lifestyle company mate. That's just the facts that even a novice investor can see.

BGD lists and within 2 years grows a resource at ridiculously cheap cost per oz, has a high grade blend to mix with and owns the only mill in the region and had access to excellent funding sources due to Alex's pedigree and the A team he"s assembled.

Like a couple of mining colleagues in WA stated, the legal claim is more about leveraging off the success of others. MEU assets are stranded without BGD.

So here's the thing, either way this legal claim loses for MEU. They need BGD not the other way around. The share register is already looser than a hooker on a troop train and imagine the dilution for funding any processing without using BGD assets in the region. Not a smart play.

Once this all blows up in MEUs face they may not get favourable terms for processing going forward. Not a very strategic play now is it. Stranded.

For your sakes I hope the next CR isn't down at the 2c mark as I don't see this company having the same level of connections and confidence/support from the market like the recent BGD raise.

Something to ponder, is your hard earned gonna give you a better return elsewhere in the coming commodities pump back half ofnthsis year. My guess is YES.
