as soon as the share volume traded a day is getting higher. Let say above 8 to 15 million a day . For at least 3 consecutive days.Tthen you will know something is happening off market before it is on market

if it was not listed; we would have been bankrupt for years
something can still happen. Our last chance..We have lost all our credit so far..No excuse!
