The biggest losers out of this are the small cap miners and explorers and the whole Aus business community who lose a 1% tax cut because Rio and BHP had a huge whinge. Congratulations Australia, you're now officially stupid enough to fall for the most dishonest advertising campaign that I've ever seen and have little to no understanding of the RSPT.
