At the previous CR history shows they did actually get a good price @24
There are many that are loud about the last CRs success, or lack of, but if you remember back then, and prior to it there was a lot of lobbying from retail for retail not to miss out and to be involved and dont just let the insto's have the opportunity.
With management getting hounded by the HC board members so much i think the retail offering was mainly provided to appease the loud shareholders.
And then retail let down the CR, if it had have been fully taken up by the retail arm then the CR would have been totally successful, and at a terrific price, right on the eve of a downturn in the whole Biotech sector internationally.
With retail doing their bit, how good would that have been.
So, there are a lot of complaints about the last CR but you know some blame can be laid at our feet for demanding involvement to which in the end we didnt commit adequately.
Maybe sometimes we are best served by being less demanding.

Re Directors buying shares, this has been discussed, but we all realise whether a Director buys shares or not is irrelevant to the success of the company?
I also like to see Directors buying up, because it instills confidance, but i also like seeing the Market buying up and Insto's buying up, it all instills confidance and in regard to the market and instos it can move the shareprice.
But this expectation that a Director should buy shares is unfair.
There are a multitude of reasons why a person may not buy shares, just look at your own situation, but it can be as simple as some people dont participate in the share market.
So it's an interesting sign when some do, but to expect Directors to buy shares because they are a Director is just unrealistic.

This CR is just another step in our progression forward and the next 12 months looks quite interesting for all us long and short term holders/owners.
We are in a new phase and the company has intentionally transitioned to suit that phase with new staff and final steps to testing our product for commercialisation, and if all goes well and there is a successful outcome, the value of ANP can then be determined by the market available by the return on goods sold minus the cost of goods sold, and that figure will not be small.
    If we are successful.
    Good luck and be patient.
