@franky1 has been instrumental. There are a number of people working on things in the background. Not everything can or should be posted here.
I see no harm in a small war cry though.
As for G&T, they will need to work within the rules of The corporations act 2001. Good luck to them if they want to play games.
The current score is 2-1 to them. Fooca, Franky, Nic and the lawyers are working on levelling the score.
It is going to be costly and a lot of effort on a few people to get a 249d lodged and recognised.
The reality is thats when the hard work really starts.
The need to win the vote at an EGM!
Thankfully this has already drummed up enough numbers to potentially stop any sale if required.
If a sale is recommended it will likely be a scheme of arrangement. They will firstly need a judge to wave the 50% of holders to vote, which would probably be granted but a 50% of SOI may be stipulated.
Getting 75% is a hard call for approval. We have the upper hand currently on this point IMO.
The group of holders I believe is already better together than apart.
