Would those that oppose BL getting the high number of shares prefer that he get stuff all and keep working the same capacity. I think there are too many critics who have no idea the effort he and the team obviously put in (and over a long period of time). The travelling and interviews, meetings, networking, the accountability of decisions etc etc. This man and his team need to keep going and be incentivised to continue as is. Their shares are minimal to the overall scheme of things.
