you’re actually quite right as they won’t need to issue shares via normal CR for PFS / Drilling / Company expense a etc.. thanks to Osisko.
the only time I can see the SOI register expanding is if they need to get another major like Glencore onboard in a few years for a JV / Offtake etc. but those shares will never make its way to the public via normal trading.
