After watching Lateline I feel wrung out and Julia looked wrung out. She is very patronizing to the "Australian People" and out of her depth. Asked three times "Why didn't you ask the Timor Government about taking the boat people before announcing it to the Australian people?" Avoided the question with her lingo. Anyway, the term boat people has been dismissed by her. They are now called "irregular people movements" and we now have "regional processing Centers" She has dug herself a big hole, poor girl. Anyway, I am relieved the worm is turning as I was very worried that Libs didn't have a chance at the next election and now I feel quite confident.
