gingerclam/others: I make reference to a post by "ashgood123" on another NEU HC board yesterday, in which he/she mentioned the following: "..., I see this agreement as a precursor to a full take-over of Neuren by Acadia."
Hence, IF this scenario is the plan by ACADIA, why would they pay out that money to have them purchase back "with interest" .... easier to just keep delaying until a t/o offer is being made...
Purely speculative thinking on my part, of course. Comments welcome as usual.
