Can't help thinking as @GARETH78 pointed out -

the return of "Liquidity and Value" won't happen anytime soon under a Scheme of Arrangement - like wrapped up before Christmas??? - I doubt it!  By then LLL share price would/should be well and truly running.

Hence, whats another six months from Christmas'23 then to which we have LLL shares out of escrow.
