Disagree with your 25.14 ... I think it's arbitrary. (two points do not make a strong down trend line)
Your downtrend line is even a little low cutting through some price action in your chart..
I say real medium term, $26, is next real resistance... (basic Dow Jones Theory - higher lows , higher highs )

But whichever we go,, through $26 we're off to the races.
