OK, I had a quick look at the suggested Clarence strait website and I could not see anything that said it could not / would not work.
What I did see was a whole lot stuff that was saying why it should not work.
4 or 5 recreational fishers that may go through the gut every week in the season should not be determining a social licence for the whole community.
