Your Question is disingenuous, and reminds us of the New Testament where, the Pharisees try to Trick Jesus in relation to whether Taxes should be paid to the Romans?--paraphrasing -- "Give unto Ceasar that which is Ceasars and Give unto God that which is Gods"

IF the Referendum -- was --Should we Enshrine into the Constitution, the acknowledgement of The Convicts delivered to this Southern Nation by the Colonial British empire as Penal Settlers and hence forth Provide a Voice for their Descendants on all matters that may affect or Effect them into the Future, ?
or--
A Voice for the Chinese Immigrants and their Descendants who arrived during the Gold Rush Years and a Voice for all matters that may affect or effect them into the Future...

or even---
A Voice enshrined in the Constitution for people who are born on the 29th February over the past century , and their descendants into the Future for all matters that may affect or effect them into the Future--

it is Unfair to single out one Group of People over another -- at the moment We are ALL Australian Citizens , and All entitled to the same laws, protections and Opportunities....

It is NOT about Race -- it is about Inequality ..
