She keeps saying: "This is what what I will do."
Whether in innocence or arrogance, Gillard does not seem to understand that Australia does not rule over other countries or their policies.
Also, leaders tend to get upset and offside when dictated to by Australia and being left out of the loop before issues go public. (Just ask the Asian leaders Rudd tried the same tricks on.)
This is already a formula for diplomatic disaster on so many levels.
