It takes over 12 months for a Western Power connection?
If that's actually true then I'd be tempted to lump that in with the sovereign risk category. I thought mining was the thing WA did. Can't turn on the mine in a mining jurisdiction, in a mining state, cos the power authority takes over 12 months to make a connection.
