Don't forget you can vote online at www.linkmarketservices.com.au . Just login, select AOE, and click the "proxy voting" link at the right. For each of the three voting sections (GENERAL MEETING, DEMERGER SCHEME MEETING, ACQUISITION SCHEME MEETING), select "I wish to vote ALL my/our securities on each resolution" and select "The Chairman of the Meeting", then choose whichever way you want to vote (for, against, abstain, etc.).

For what it is worth I voted AGAINST the demerger and AGAINST the acquisition (gives me two chances to stop the acquisition). At $4.70 Arrow is being stolen (shame on the directors).

I think you have until July 12 to vote.
