tbh not a fan of SI6, wouldn't want MEI to pursue that. Unless MEI record some extreme highs just abutting some more ground they've now got plenty of ground, the most recent transaction probably didn't change the NPV by any more than the transaction amount and it'd be similar for any further ground in the area. The ground they've got last I checked is on the very edge of the Caldeira for the most part and they've got a related 3rd party that holds more ground, seemingly originally for bauxite but now hoping it has some ionic clay REEs? I could be wrong.
