My thought is that some stocks go up 3-5 times their SP in the long run because of proven resources. The enormity of what CAP could be looking at is similar to SFR which went from 4.7cents in Feb09 to $4 in Oct09. These sorts of runs are very rare, but perhaps CAP could be looking at a similar sort of picture. I don't hold so this isn't a ramp, just food for thought.
