I have done extensive research (Google :S) into trillion ton coal deposits, and I think there was another one off Norway hundreds of metres below the sea !!!
I don't know if it belongs to anybody, unlikely to be accessed ??

I wonder if there isn't some company in the world with dollars signs for eyes seeing profitability here. A bit of PR certainly wouldnt hurt !!!
