Any chance they stall the OTA or other type of agreement by letting go of 100% of this shipment to PLL and then taking the full benefit on the next shipment? This would allow them to push the decision even further. Not hoping, but just with the language of a few weeks....a few weeks....etc.
I think communication with the market is the most important thing.
So many possibilities including acquisitions, mergers, partners, government funding, etc. Just want to see it put together into a complete thought. Can't wait!!!!
