if u think something has reached its peak, do u sell it all out or keep a % not knowing what will happen?? Do u approach ur personal and smsf accounts differently? We also have the possibility of a dividend if we go at it ourselves.. I hope it gets taken over well before construction and I don’t have to make the decision. I’m very curious to know how guys such as u, Jay and the like approach situations such as this when small fluctuations in the sp can make a big difference.
I know the saying goes to spread ur shares amongst a few companies to mitigate risk but I think that if I’m confident enough in something why not put more into what I’m most confident with. Maybe that’s my inexperience I’m not sure. HCH and RAC I have similar amounts in which account for about 35% each and the other 30% I’ve got another 6 in. I’m more than comfortable having so much in 2 of them.
