With the positive way the Canadians are bashing the whole REE and critical minerals story ATM I believe this will be very positive news for the processing facility.
Not to mention their support of First Nations in the area, I can not see this being bad news.
In my opinion I believe this will be funding to complete the facility, my only concern is that I have not seen any irregular trading, that shows something positive or negative, I always have found some sort of leak prior to a big announcement with VML. Maybe not this time.
