you may be right about the rushed part, perhaps they should employ me to screen their announcements.

the worst part about this deal is the number of shares and options. IF, heavens forbid we ever strike a decent result at T2 and get back to 10c, there is a very high likelyhood if this proceeds that SVH will sell out there shares, effectively meaning we will have a huge mountain to climb to get past 10c and SVH will have 80% of our phosphate land for zero cost and still have 28 million options in the pocket, WOW, thats a deal i would love to swing if i worked for SVH!!
