There clearly is an issue. The sophisticated market knows more than the simple retailer and at present , the only people waiving the SYA flag is the simple retail investor.
The sophisticated investor is avoiding this company, or this board, like the plague.
Apart from the massive dilution of stock, what is the main reason for this avoidance?
That's the question that we need an answer to.
