Typical load of rubbish!!! You'd have to be insane or a complete imbecile to think for one moment that 0.04% Co2 in the atmosphere could have any significant warming affect on the climate.
It can't even prevent us from having frosts every morning during winter where I am. Oh, except when there is a degree of cloud cover. Which should if you have any degree of grey matter indicate that it is water vapour in the form of cloud cover that in reality is the major greenhouse component of our atmosphere!
