How can an offtake news be underwhelming? It may have been expected but it's what has been needed urgently so as to allow funding negotiations to conclude. We need the final funding to prevent significant delays to first production later this year. Late this year or very early next year shouldn't matter too much but without the offtake, significant delays were on the cards.
An offtake is going to be a very welcome announcement and a relief that its now and not another two or more months away.
