Actually it is just lag. All they have to so is pause recruiting sales people for 6-12 months. But that would lose that much growth opportunity for any period in the next several years.
i have a suspicion that there will be a limit as to how quickly they can accelerate recruiting before the sales accelerates more and they turn a profit in spite of growing the sales force.
