I avoided this question because it is irrelevant. What is 0.02 other than an arbitrary number pulled out of your proverbial?

It is like me saying: why has AZS hung around in the $1.60-1.70's range and not broken $2.00. It is meaningless.

Why?

Look at where we have come from for perspective. Last week with the Jac's announcement we hit 0.01-0.012 (52-week lows). 1 week later, we are up 50-80%. And this is on an announcement re: LOI for debt financing. As per my earlier post, WWI has a history of dragging things out. Let's see how long until everything is signed off and if they hit the upcoming DFS update.
