Ok, I've just bought in at 13.5c.

This sucks for existing share-holders but I wouldn't be too distracted by short term SP at this time. Uranium is a long-term play in the US and the lack of sovereign risk (compared to some other uranium producers) is a plus here.

Key point for me is that they were going to introduce inhouse processing anyway so assumably it was mostly funded although we now have to factor in loss of cashflow due to delays - we'll see what the results are soon.

End to end processing, albeit costly and difficult, is seemingly becoming more popular with critical mineral/resource companies. Admittedly these sorts of companies are already significantly cashflow positive though.

PEN apparently have the expertise and ability to develop inhouse processing and I suspect they were anticipating something like this happening, so I'm comfortable taking a punt here given the upside.

Maybe Mr Biden will make a (further) contribution somewhere? fingers crossed...
