Here is the reference re SPP. While searching this I found many other companies semi-concurrent "Placement and SPP" news releases which mirrored what ANP are doing right now, but I didnt keep them. You'll find them easily with a search.
I can't find any rules about the maximum 25% SOI you referred to. Only "placement" and "SPP" which are seperate and independent. I'll take a look if I get some time and get back to you.

Great to see the price holding up too. I'm hoping it's non-holders or sophs that can't participate in the SPP getting a whiff of what's to come and buying on market.
