Itochu doing a deal with Beach Petroleum recently on CSG. They look like a corp interested in locking long term energy supply, much the same with the Russians, Chineses, Koreans to name a few. KORES doing a jv with the Chineses is another added reason the big boys are preparing in the background for some kind of deal on EXT.
It could be TO or JV, who knows. If I was a fly on the boardroom wall I could tell you that. Interesting that Polo thinks there is not much value to he gained in keeping their EXT investment. On the other hand Itochu thinks they are getting a bargain, snapping up bits of KAH as well. Now they could be a serious contender in the RIO league when it comes to shareholdings in KAH and EXT.
I am seeing this as corporate play coming out to the public forum and they are not in the positions to be in stealth mode.
