I understand what you are saying, however fully paying out prior to receiving formal FDA approval would be a huge risk to shareholders.
As experienced as you suggest the BOT team is with the fda approval process, they did still manage to stuff up Phase 2 for BTX1503 Acne.
In this instance, i and I’m sure other shareholders are hoping the management team remain diligent and don’t get to far ahead of themselves before fda approval is received, putting at risk shareholder dollars without 99% certainty. Not to much to ask I would think.
