Looks like Fresh Tracks Therapeutics is out of compliance with NASDAQ due to SP being < $1 for more than 30 days.
If unable to bring it above the required $1 within 180days, then it will be delisted. Looks like it’s been under $1 since 13/03/2023, so over 4 months…
I’d say it’s putting BOT in a very strong negotiating position regarding the acquisition of all SB royalties.
Also, be curious to see if a market sensitive announcement is listed on FRTX ticker prior to next NASDAQ open.
