Agree, the resource and geography has not changed, however IMO the key change has been management. Neil Goodman has brought with him a wealth of experience and seems to be someone who executes to promise.

I think MGU is one of the most promising investments on the ASX and will deliver north of 10 bags.

And if people don't know, Neil's family history has Pig Iron through and through. There wouldn't be many better people to lead this Company given his history.
