I went through the quarterly in detail and I can’t see any bad news except the planned maintenance shutdowns but this routine happens for every producing miner. So it would be very unusual for the market to behave like it has and drop 6%.
All I can think is that the institutions are playing and manipulating the market on the back of news and higher liquidity to accumulate more at a discount? It is the only logic that makes sense to this sell off. Especially with the gold price about to break above $2000usd and near record aud prices once again!
