This would be a Multi-Nationalisation effort of the entire supply chain related to critical minerals and the transition to clean energy sources. I am sure they will be involved with the alignment and or funding, however, I just don't see how they would be the end user / final purchaser arrangement.
All things being said, we need a deal that puts a premium into prospective our first to production in the NA market.
