See lots of talk about Cargair. I think/hope it was a near miss, with the water body insulating them from a fire that tracked north east on the other side of the lake.
The brown on the image below is burnt area, black is a water body. Yellow line is the trans talga. The pin for cargair is an approximate. The white line represents 1km. Sat image was super grainy.
Guess we will find out for sure soon enough
